We are non-denominational and serve individuals, youth, and families regardless of religious background, recognizing that grace transcends any single tradition. Our approach honors the dignity of every person, meets people where they are without judgment, and provides consistent follow-through that builds trust. We believe that embracing a faith-based mindset and approach to life, irrespective of barriers and social determinants, empowers individuals, youth, and families to cultivate resilience, thrive within community, develop essential life skills, and live with a profound sense of purpose. We understand that trauma affects how people engage with systems and relationships, so we create safe, predictable environments where healing can begin. Our staff and volunteers receive ongoing training in trauma-informed practices, cultural humility, and strengths-based support. We believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual, and we design our programs to amplify existing strengths rather than focus solely on deficits. Funding & Community Engagement
Living Grace Project maintains robust infrastructure and a diversified funding strategy that ensures sustainability and growth. Living Grace Project was created to meet a cultural service gap and need not being offered in various parts of the tri-state regions (NJ/NY/CT). We have established systems for program evaluation, financial management, and transparent reporting. Our logic models clearly articulate inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes for each program area. We track both quantitative metrics and qualitative impact stories, providing our community and partners with comprehensive evidence of effectiveness. Our funding strategy includes individual donations, foundation grants, government contracts, corporate partnerships, and fee-for-service educational consulting. This diversification reduces dependence on any single funding source and allows us to maintain mission focus while ensuring financial stability. We believe having a faith-based mindset and approach to life, regardless of barriers and social determinants, helps individuals, youth, and families be resilient and thrive with community, life skills, and a purpose-driven faith mindset. We maintain strong relationships with current partners through transparent communication, timely reporting, and genuine collaboration. We're actively seeking new funding partners who share our commitment to restoring dignity and hope for all individuals, youth, and families who wish to be part of our community across New Jersey.
Individual Giving
30% of budget from individual donors and monthly sustainers
Foundation Grants
35% from local and national foundations supporting our mission
Government Contracts
20% from municipal and state contracts for services
Earned Revenue
15% from educational consulting and training services
Looking Ahead: Our Vision for Growth
Living Grace Project envisions a future where every New Jersey community has access to coordinated, compassionate support for individuals, youth, and families. Living Grace Project was created to meet a cultural service gap and need not being offered in various parts of the tri-state regions (NJ/NY/CT). Over the next five years, we plan to expand from our current 18 partner sites to 50+ Grace Hubs across the state, reaching thousands more individuals, youth, and families annually. We're developing a comprehensive training institute that will certify Navigator Fellows and equip professionals statewide with trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices, emphasizing the importance of a faith-based mindset and approach to life. Our educational consulting services will expand to serve school districts, county agencies, and statewide initiatives, bringing prevention and wellness education to scale. We're building strategic partnerships with universities to conduct research on Grace Hub effectiveness and contribute to the evidence base for community-based integrated services. We envision becoming a model that other states can replicate—demonstrating how faith-inspired, non-denominational organizations can partner with public systems to help everyone in our community be resilient and thrive with strong community bonds, essential life skills, and a purpose-driven faith mindset. This growth will be strategic, sustainable, and always centered on the individuals, youth, and families, and the communities we serve.

Join the Movement: Grace in Action
Living Grace Project is more than an organization—it's a movement of people who believe that grace, dignity, and hope should be accessible to everyone. Created to meet a cultural service gap not being offered in various parts of the tri-state regions (NJ/NY/CT), we emphasize that having a faith-based mindset and approach to life, regardless of barriers and social determinants, helps individuals, youth, and families be resilient and thrive with community, life skills, and a purpose-driven faith mindset. Every person who donates, volunteers, partners, or advocates becomes part of this movement. Together, we're creating communities where individuals, youth, and families find stability, where trauma is met with compassion, where systems serve with dignity, and where grace is not just a concept but a lived reality. We're building a New Jersey where no individual, youth, or family navigates crisis alone, where every child has access to enriching education, where housing instability doesn't determine destiny, and where belonging is a birthright, not a privilege. This vision requires all of us—donors who fuel the work, volunteers who give their time, partners who open their doors, community members who trust us with their stories, and advocates who speak up for justice. Join us in bringing grace into action. Together, we can restore hope and transform communities.
