Partnership Models: How We Collaborate
Living Grace Project™, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, partners with schools, agencies, municipalities, libraries, and community organizations to deliver Grace Hubs and educational services. This community-based care is delivered at no cost to participants. We generate revenue through two primary streams: educational and technical consulting services sold to our partner organizations, and through fundraising and donations, which account for approximately 30% of our budget. These revenue streams are crucial as they fund the FREE core programs we deliver directly to individuals, youth, and families.
This distinct revenue model allows us to ensure that while our partners invest in our consulting and capacity-building services, the vital community support and programs we offer to individuals, youth, and families remain entirely free of charge. Our dual model, alongside Lumen Vitae Group (a for-profit LLC providing paid professional services like coaching, consulting, and digital resources), further supports workforce development while expanding free community services. We serve all who seek resilience, life skills, and a purpose-driven faith mindset. Our flexible, collaborative approach complements existing strengths; we can serve as a program provider, capacity-building consultant, or collaborative partner. Every partnership begins with listening to understand your community's unique challenges, assets, and vision for impact. We then co-design solutions that align with your mission, leveraging our expertise in trauma-informed care, navigation, and prevention education. We handle curriculum development, staff training, program implementation, and evaluation, enabling you to expand your impact without overwhelming your team.

Our founder's lived experience as a social worker who overcame workplace toxicity drives this mission—ensuring both professionals and communities receive the dignity and support they deserve.

Our staff, board, and volunteers reflect the communities we serve, engaging in continuous learning to improve practices. We believe true grace involves justice, addressing not just individual needs but also systemic structures. Our faith-inspired approach empowers individuals with resilience, community, essential life skills, and a purpose-driven outlook.
